CONFLICTED To Release 'Never Be Tamed' Next Week

Toronto, Ontario, Canada's CONFLICTED will release its new album, "Never Be Tamed", on April 12 via Nightmare Records.

"Never Be Tamed" is said to be "full of addictive, musically adventurous yet instantly memorable songs featuring virtuosic performances delivered with a fire and passion." Intense, high energy progressive/power metal abounds on the CD, which features the four-octave vocals of Jason Orton.

CONFLICTED will hold a special "Never Be Tamed" album-release show on April 16 at The Rockpile in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. Also scheduled to appear are BEFORE THE DAMNED, 7TH REGION and JUSTICE PRIEST. The show is all ages and admission is only $10 at the door (no advance tickets). Doors open at 8 p.m.

CONFLICTED creates a truly unique, category-defying, genre-expanding modern progressive/power metal sound via a combination of seasoned technical ability, a fervency for volume, and a passion for power. Formed in 2008, the band has successfully released two critically acclaimed EPs and has become one of the most revered and "must-see" live acts in its region. Based on the strength of these two releases, a reputation for putting on stunning live performances and a rapidly growing international fan base, CONFLICTED was named "Best Metal Band" at the 2010 Toronto Independent Music Awards and also earned three prominent ImageFM Radio 2010 Annual Independent Music Awards ("Male Vocalist of the Year", "Guitarist Of The Year" and "Progressive Single Of The Year").
